COA Comply ("we", "us") provides certificate of analysis hosting for cannabis and CBD brands. This policy explains what information we handle and why.

Account information

When you create an account we collect your name, email address and company details, and the files and data you upload. We use them to provide the service, secure your account and contact you about it.

Consumer visits

When someone scans a QR code, views a COA page or uses an embed, we record aggregate usage such as page views, scans and downloads so brands can see how their COAs are used. We don't sell personal information or use it for advertising.

Service providers

We use trusted providers for hosting, email delivery and AI document processing. They process data only on our instructions to run the service.

Retention and deletion

Your data is kept while your account is active. Deleted COAs are removed from public view immediately and their files are purged after 30 days. Contact us to close your account and delete your data.
