Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of COA Comply. By creating an account you agree to them on behalf of yourself and your company.
We don't give legal advice
COA Comply is not a law firm, and nothing in the service is legal or regulatory advice. Compliance checks, state THC limits and other built-in rules, suggested settings, AI-extracted data, and anything else we show you or publish (including on this website) are general information and our best guess, provided as is.
That guidance may be incomplete, out of date, or wrong for your products and markets. Regulations change often and differ by state, product type and license. Confirm every requirement independently with the relevant regulators or qualified legal counsel before relying on it.
A passing check doesn't mean a COA, label or product is compliant, and a flagged item isn't a finding that it isn't. You remain solely responsible for your products, labels, COAs and compliance with the laws that apply to you.
Free trial
New companies get a 30-day free trial with no credit card required. Trials include up to 50 COA uploads. We may end trials that are used to abuse the service.
Fees
After the trial, the service costs $49 per active brand per month plus $0.50 per COA import, as listed on our pricing page. We'll give notice before any price change.
Your content
You keep ownership of everything you upload. You're responsible for making sure your COAs and compliance documents are accurate and meet the laws of the markets you sell in. AI-extracted data should be reviewed before publishing.
Acceptable use
Don't upload unlawful content, attempt to access other companies' data, or interfere with the service.
Availability and liability
We work hard to keep COA pages online, but the service is provided "as is". We aren't liable for decisions you make based on our compliance checks, rules, limits or extracted data. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the previous 12 months.
